Move KIO workers into own subdir

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/separateworkersdir into master

Moving all workers into a new separate subdir "src/kioworkers" for one gives consistent naming, but also helps to be reminded every time one looks at the folder structure about all the KIO slaves which still need porting.
