PageRow: Port away from deprecated `variant` property type to `var`

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to narrow down this type any further, due to the wide range of values downstream functions accept.

@sporknife do you think the docs for this property can be adjusted? If you look at the insertPage function implementation, it has nothing to do with actual Page type.
