App template: make build again

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/fixapptemplate into master

Tested on Linux

  • update to actions main property gone -> !1117 (merged)
  • fix broken variable "% {APPNAMEUC}" (clang-format got in the way)
  • fix bad variable name
  • add missing includes
  • search for QtWidgets on non-Android (no longer pulled in from KF modules)
