Remove swipenavigator submodule

ivan tkachenko requested to merge work/ratijas/sunset-swipenavigator into master

It's been in queue for removal for quite some time now.

The only usage of this component in pulseaudio-qt is already ported away to pageStack and NavigationTabBar.
