Improve PageRow navigation

Improve PageRow navigation by improving how columnview checks whether an item is visible or not by adding another page visibility state (items can now be ::Visible or ::PartlyVisibile or ::Hidden), clean up the code a bit and disable forward and backward buttons when animating.
