Remove "Reachable Mode"

the reachable mode was a thing that was triggered by pulling down the scrollablepage and applied a translation moving down the whole application window, to make the top toolbar accessible with just the thumb on one handed phone use. the idea was neat, but it never worked correctly, i don't think is really used and in many applications with custom scrollable things just doesn't work
