MnemonicAttached: Set initial values before processing weights

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/mnemonic-fix into master

Otherwise the processing is just undone completely. By doing it before processing, we still have the correct initial value in case there are no weights but also don't just bluntly override them.

Didn’t text the CJK case, the menmonic test still passes.
