Remove CardsListView and CardsGridView

following #64 (closed) removing the item views based on cards as they don't offer particularly a lot not sure about CardsListview as is just an easy convenience class, but CardsGridView has pretty ugly code There will be some code to port out of, most notably discover with CardsListView
