Properly fix global toolbar regressions

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/globalToolbarRegressions into master

Remove the revert, fix properly global toolbar issues

  • right drawer handle button is as a toolbar button again, global toolbar layouts accordingly
  • title not cutted away anymore on the left
