Rename libkirigami to KirigamiPlatform and turn it into a proper QML submodule

This renames libkirigami to KirigamiPlatform and makes it an independent library and QML module with types relating to platform integration.

This is a prerequisite for merging !1220 (closed) and !1319 (merged)
