Icon: Block next animation also on window visibility change
Behavior lost in the port from PlasmaCore.IconItem.
Fixes OSD showing the previous pixmap when it shows, e.g.
- Change volume
- Wait for OSD to disappear
- Change brightness
No longer animates from volume to brightness icon, still animates while the OSD is shown.
