Destroy more button incubator in ToolBarLayoutPrivate

It's on a fast track to spam logs of innocent Kirigami applications with unactionable garbage! The only way to prevent this catastrophe is to clear it and delete it from existence, before it's doom spreads.

Stops this runtime warning:
