platformplugin: compile without LTO

Harald Sitter requested to merge work/sitter/nolto into master

KDE neon for example has LTO enabled in their default flags and that resulted in the text of the lockscreen been colored incorrectly. it's unclear if it is a compiler bug or somewhere else. at any rate we probably don't benefit much from LTO here anyway
