Install internal Breeze icons in a layout compatible with Qt 6.6

Not sure how this ever worked, the theme name we specify wasn't even used in the icon theme folder layout anywhere. Qt 6.6 seems to be more strict when locating icons and thus fails to load anything on Android with our previous setup.
