PlatformTheme: Note where the disabled text color comes from

This can be a little confusing because this color comes from the "Inactive Text" of the color scheme (on Plasma at least) and not from the disabled palette. You have to dig into the underlying Kirigami platform theme you discover this, so we should add a note for any future explorers.
