ApplicationItem & ApplicationWindow: Don't reserve space for overlaid vkbd

This isn't used in Plasma Mobile or on Desktop, since KWin just resizes the window.

However, for a split second as the vkbd is opened it gets overlaid onto the window which causes this: teams/plasma-mobile/issues#279
