Dialog: Add horizontal padding to prevent content from leaking onto borders

Can be observed with a content that draws edge-to-edge background, such as ListView delegates with alternating rows in KNewStuff.

Fitt's law does not really apply because the dialogs usually have large horizontal margins anyway.
