fix: install KirigamiPrivate soversion

Marc Deop i Argemí requested to merge marcdeop/kirigami:private-soname-version into master

When building version 6.4.0 we noticed /usr/lib64/libKirigamiPrivate.so was unversioned.

This MR should fix this
