[aboutpage] Use OverlaySheet for license text

Nicolas Fella requested to merge work/aboutlicense into master

The current license page has some scrolling/sizing issues.

It also does not work well with an AboutPage that is on the layers pageStack because the license page is pushed on the normal pagestack and thus below the AboutPage.

By using an OverlaySheet here we avoid both issues.
