Draft: Use ECMQmlTests for QML autotests

This removes some custom code in favour of the ECM implementation. Additionally it adds simple instantiation tests for most items added by Kirigami.

Depends on extra-cmake-modules!240 (closed)

Draft because the dependent change in ECM is also draft.
