use spacing rather than boldness for narrow mode FormLayout sections
Using bold text for narrow FormLayout labels called too much attention to them and violated KDE's general usage of boldness in text. Overall it just didn't really work.
Instead, let's try using extra spacing instead, until the point when we come up with a wholly different design for mobile-style FormLayouts.
