LoadingPlaceholder: remove redundant explanation

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/kirigami:remove-redundant-explanation-in-loadingplaceholder into master

The fact that stuff is still loading is already indicated tectually by the main text, and visually by the progress bar. We don't need a second textual indicator. This makes the presentation cleaner.
