Documentation improvements

This MR contains minor documentation changes that do not need their separated MR.

  • Tells: When a property just provides some information (TELLS us some information)
  • Holds: When a property HOLDS a property to be used by some function, property
  • Sets: When a property defines some behavior (widely used in bool properties documentation, when the property is used only once in the beginning)
