AboutItem: Add Donate link and make "Report a Bug" a link too

    AboutItem: Make "Report a Bug" button also be a link
    
    It's generally confusing to have buttons open links, since it's not what
    users expect and doesn't communicate that a link will be opened. Also,
    we already have other links that are links, so let's make this a link
    too.

    AboutItem: Add Donate link
    
    We already have a Get Involved link; let's put a donate link there too,
    as it's another way people can contribute to the project.
