Fix little annoying bugs:

  • fix GlobalDrawer not immediately closing the tooltip and still showing it while its text changes (modal mode).
  • fix GlobalDrawer's tooltip being under the drawer (half of it is covered) while the drawer is opened (modal mode).
  • fix inline overlay drawer being under GlobalDrawer's handle (open/close button).
