Standardize code positioning in predetermined order.

The following order will be used:

  1. Object Id
  2. New properties section
  3. Signals and signal handlers
  4. JavaScript functions
  5. Properties overwrites
  6. Component onCompleted
  7. Animations, states
  8. content item/main layout
