Updated README.md introduction

Jorge Barroso Barea requested to merge jorgebarroso/kirigami:work/jorgebarroso/fix_readme_introduction into master

Rephrased the introduction line, where the bits that say "targeted for mobile use (in the future desktop as well)" and "QtQuickControls (soon QtQuickControls2)" were now outdated as nowadays desktop is a main use-case and QtQuickControls2 is in place
