Draft: Improve PageRow navigation

Matej Starc requested to merge sporknife/kirigami:work/sporknife/PageRow_buttons into master

Because of how pagerow/columnvew works, it is only possible to to control which pages are shown by changing the currentIndex property. This commit now goes forward/backwards per page when forward/backwards button is pressed and does not change the focus functionality,
