Make knewstuff-dialog work more reliable

In case one has snapd installed the used path would be /var/lib/snapd/desktop/knsrcfiles which most likely does not have any results.

By using all possible search paths one can also ensure that all knsrc files are loaded when there are multiple install prefixes used.

Also if the different prefixes have different files now the correct one is choosen.
