Turn the dialog test tool into a more proper tool

During the work to bring KNSQuick up to scratch, i created a small tool that just let you run a knsrc file and show it (and the dialog itself) for testing purposes. The intention here is to turn that test tool into a proper tool for real, actual use. The intention is two-fold: Launched with a KNSRC file, it directly shows the dialog and that's it. Launched without a dialog, it doesn't load one by default, but rather lets the user pick one.

The dialog launched without a knsrc file (with one it is simply the KNSQuick Dialog, same as what happens when one clicks any KNSQuick Button): image
