Page: conditionalize warning message
Now that we have the ability to know which content types are risky, we can show a different and more warningy message for them. Here's the new message:
To be merged after Frameworks 6.1 tagging, as this contains new strings. Also there's no rush since the patches to opt into "this content may be dangerous" mode have landed in repos for Plasma 6.1 and Gear 24.5.0, which ship after Frameworks 6.1.
