refine knotification docs

Harald Sitter requested to merge work/knotification-doc-hig into master
  • drop excess space in cmake example
  • use title capitalization for Name field examples
  • use sentence capitalization for Comment field examples
  • fix the documentatin on how Name and Comment are used WRT to the KCM (which does in fact prefer name over comment)
  • explicitly point at the HIG to maybe get lucky and have people use correct capitalization
