Remove Phonon from Linux CI and add Qt6 CI

Phonon is only used on Linux if Canberra is not found

Since we have Canberra on our CI image it will always be found and thus Phonon never used

This unblocks adding Qt6 CI since Phonon isn't ported yet (and not trivial to do)
