kpackagetools: Replace deprecated developer_name appstream tag

Heiko Becker requested to merge work/kpackagetool-replace-deprecated-appstream-tag into master

appstreamcli validate (from current master) complains about the deprecated "<developer_name>" tag, causing testpackage-appstream to fail. The "" tag is its replacement. Furthermore don't include the email, which according to the spec "must not be used in the name".
