Port away from KPluginMetaData::initialPreference

Alexander Lohnau requested to merge work/alex/no_more_kpluginmetadata_initialPreference into master

This will be removed, because if is only used for KParts. The only ugly thing is that the value is part of the KPlugin object and not at the top-level as any other user defined values. But for those two usages we can live with it.
