Runner C++ template: prepare for KF 6.0 release

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/poketemplate into master
  • unbreak build due to KDEFrameworkCompilerSettings use
  • bump min Qt/KF deps to match initial KF6 release

Tested by building and installing (could not test running currently due to missing plasma6 install).
