Deprecate KToolInvokation::kdeinitExecWait

Given that we are deprecating kdeinit.

One occurence is ported in network/kget!2 (merged)

The last occurence is at https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kdesu/-/blob/master/src/client.cpp#L423. I didn't dare try to port it since I don't understand the context very well.
