Remove KServiceType

Nicolas Fella requested to merge work/nico/servicetype into master

The user-facing entry point (KServiceTypeTrader) is gone.

This means we can stop parsing $DATA_DIR/kservicetypes5 and remove the KServiceType(Factory) class

There was one service type remaining, application.desktop. Fold the property type definition into the KService code
