In nested switch-case indent doesn't work right.
If you indent a C/C++ file and there is a nested switch-case, the outer switch-case doesn't return to the correct indentation once it ends.
Example:
switch (a)
{
case 0:
break;
case 1:
break;
case 2:
switch(b)
{
case 0:
break;
case 1:
break;
}
break;
case 3:
break;
}
