katepart: drop excess actions from file menu
This MR drops four actions from the file menu. The save actions are simply minor variations on things you can do with other actions. The printing actions are somewhat obsolete for a primarily code-focused text editor to have. This helps the Files menu fit on screens smaller than a 1080p resolution.
