context menu / spell check improvements

Using on the fly spell check and the context menu, was not working at the best. This series attempts to improve this a little. See commit text for some more info.

While I would want a context menu like Falkon, with the replacement on-top of the main menu, seems that not so easy to do.

Jump to !369 (comment 448495) for last version.

There is also BUG:447368 which request just that.
