Don't show selection count when there are none

Thomas Surrel requested to merge work/word_selection_count into master

When 'Show word count' is enabled, the number of selected words and chars is always shown, even when there are no selection. The status bar therefore shows "Words 0/xxx, Chars 0/xxx" most of the time, which is a bit confusing.
