Make tooltip about automatic disk realod clearer

Fixes https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=467314 and also makes the tooltip more uniform (all ending with a dot and being in third person – possibly they should be in imperative without a dot, but they definitelly should follow the same form).
