Show the dragged text when dragging

Merged Waqar Ahmed requested to merge waqar/ktexteditor:dragView into master

BUG: 398719

It would be nice if the dragged text had syntax highlighting as well. Firefox has this feature (though it can be annoying sometimes due to contrast issues).
