Make KTextEditor Plugin project template KF5-co-installable

Merged Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/namespaceplugintemplate into master
  • changing the bundle name to "ktexteditor6-plugin"
  • adding a "(KF6)" appendix to the display name

Following the spirit of kirigami!1079 (merged)

Tested by generation a plugin project with kapptemplate and building it.
