Don't run completion_test as offscreen test

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/windows-unit-test-fail-testing into master

Seems to regularly fail on Windows that way.

Not that I can explain why, this is merely based on looking at other past test failures and what they related to. It might also be just luck, but this has done three runs through the CI now without failing.
