Allow enabling/disabling accessibility
On Manjaro KDE (and possibly others) it seems that accessibility is always enabled for some reason. Lately it has been causing a lot of crashes in KDevelop and in general it is really bad for performance especially if you are doing something that results in a large number of edits at once
