Emacs-like selection marking

Antonin Komenda requested to merge gree/ktexteditor:feature/emacs-helpers into kf5

Adds shortcut for Emacs-like behavior of selecting a block of text (default in Emacs is Ctrl+Space).

This allows, with the smart copy/cut turned on and well configured shortcuts, basic editing close to the Emacs experience.

Based on discussion at Matrix KDE New Contributors opened currently as MR against kf5, not master.
