Add CFP franc to currencies

Mr. Athozus requested to merge athozus/kunitconversion:work/athozus/xpf into master

As the title said. CFP franc (code XPF) is an unit used in Pacific French territories, defined by 1 XPF = 0,008 38 €

Note that I've used QLocale::FrenchPolynesia, but the unit is also used in New-Caledonia / Kanaky and Wallis-et-Futuna.
