Add Python bindings

Add Python bindings to KWidgetsAddons. Known issues (help appreciated):

  • PySide requires deprecations not to be disabled (how to compile the bindings without deprecations disabled?)

TODO:

  • Add examples

Requires extra-cmake-modules!450 (merged)
